Denver Drafting & Design is based out of Golden, CO and we frequently service all of Colorado and the Greater Rocky Mountain region, but we are happy to travel anywhere in the United States or beyond.

We typically work on a fixed fee per project, and due to the many number of factors, we don’t have a typical rate for our services based on square footage. However, if you provide us with as much information as possible, we’d be happy to get you a custom proposal tailored to your project.

When contacting us, please provide as much of the following information as possible:

-Project Location
-Building Type (single family, multifamily, commercial, etc)
-Square Footage
-Desired Schedule
-Final Deliverable (Revit, pdf, dwg, other)
-Level of Detail (LOD) and complexity required
-Any existing plans of the space, even basic/out of date plans help
-For additions and new construction, any sketches of your design, even a basic hand drawn sketch is helpful
-Any other information that will help us understand your project!
